Jemma Tilbury serves as the Head of Procurement at IPS Specials, a licensed manufacturer specializing in customized compounded medications since June 2001. In this role, Jemma oversees the procurement of a wide range of formulations to meet the unique needs of patients, such as those requiring tailored dosages or alternative medication forms due to allergies or compliance issues. Prior to this position, Jemma worked as a Dispensing Assistant at Herisse Ltd from June 1998 to June 2001, gaining foundational experience in the pharmaceutical field.
