RJ Martino has had multiple work experiences throughout their career. In 2001, they founded iProv, LLC, and in 2005, they became a Partner at Martino Financial Group. In 2012, they founded Scale Technology and became a Partner at Martino Law Firm. Recently, in 2020, they became a Partner at U.S. Rail & Logistics. Throughout their career, RJ Martino has held various Partner and Founder roles.

RJ Martino completed their high school education at Bryant High School, but their starting and ending years are not available. RJ pursued Computer Science from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and earned a Bachelor's degree from there in 2004. In 2006, they attended the Business Executive Program at The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. The same year, they obtained an Arkansas Real Estate License from the Broadway School of Real Estate. In 2007, they enrolled at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, William H. Bowen School of Law, and earned a Juris Doctorate in 2011. In April 2011, RJ Martino obtained an Arkansas Law License from the Arkansas Bar Association.
