Sharmarke Afgab has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Sharmarke started their career in 2006 as a Server Administrator at GoDaddy Inc. Sharmarke then worked as a Network Operation Analyst at Wells Fargo from 2008 to 2010. In 2010, they joined Epiq Systems as a Manager of Web Services. From 2013 to 2023, they held various positions at IPRO, including Director of Technical Support & SWAT, Senior Solutions Consultant, V.P of Operations, and V.P of Customer Experience. Currently, they are the VP of Consulting Solutions at Reveal since 2023.

Sharmarke Afgab obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from Franklin University, where they studied from 2000 to 2003. Sharmarke then pursued further education at Central Michigan University, earning a Master's degree in Public Administration from 2004 to 2006.
