Max Otto Berth began their work experience in 2016 as an intern at Holland Office Network. Max Otto later worked as a Junior Consultant from January to December 2017.

In 2019, they joined Terré GmbH as a Dual Student and worked there until September 2021. During this time, they also served as a Sales Representative from October 2021 to June 2022.

In 2023, they joined iPoint-systems GmbH as a Student Employee in Revenue Operations in February and Reutlingen University as a Research Assistant in March.

Max Otto Berth completed their Allgemeine Hochschulreife at Johann-Heinrich-Pestalozzi Gymnasium Rodewisch in 2016. From 2018 to 2021, they attended Berufsakademie Sachsen / Staatliche Studienakademie Plauen / University of Cooperative Education and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Internationale Geschäfte/internationaler Handel. Currently, they are pursuing a Master of Science degree in Operations Management at ESB Business School, Reutlingen University, starting from 2022.
