Neill Brown has a diverse work experience in the advertising and healthcare industry. Neill is currently the President of IPG Health since November 2022. Prior to this, they held various leadership positions at McCann Health, including President from January 2021 to December 2022. Neill also served as Managing Director, SVP of Client Services, and SVP of Global Marketing at McCann Health. Neill has international experience, having worked as the Europe Growth Director and General Manager at McCann Healthcare London. Neill also had regional roles in Singapore and Tokyo. Before joining McCann Health, they worked as a Business Manager at Lowe Roche and an Account Supervisor at Saatchi & Saatchi Toronto. Neill started their career as an Account Executive at Grey Canada.

From 1999 to 2001, Neill Brown attended the Ivey Business School at Western University, where they earned an HBA degree.
