Mikal Walsh has worked in various roles in business development and management.

Starting in September 2005, they worked as an Assistant Manager at CNW until September 2008.

From September 2008 to July 2015, Walsh served as an Area Manager at Legrand, before being promoted to Senior Business Development Manager, a role they held from July 2015 to April 2022.
