Kerstin Lindell has extensive experience in leadership roles within various companies and organizations. Since February 2006, Kerstin has held multiple titles at Bona AB, including Chairman of the Board, CEO & President, and Deputy CEO. Additionally, Kerstin serves as a Board Member for multiple organizations, including Indutrade AB, HEXPOL Compounding, Peab, Inwido AB, IPCO AB, and Nord-Lock Group. Leadership extends to the position of Chairman of the Board at Handelskammaren / Sydsvenska Industri- och Handelskammaren and membership at Kungl. Ingenjörsvetenskapsakademien, IVA. Prior experience includes the role of R&D Manager at Akzo Nobel Coatings from 1998 to 2005. Kerstin holds a Doctor of Honors and a Doctor of Philosophy in Polymerscience from The Faculty of Engineering at Lund University, as well as a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering (Material Science) and a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from Lund University.
