Jinea Ferdaus is an experienced professional in social behavioral change, project management, and coordination, currently serving as a Social Behavioral Change Coordinator at Ipas since July 2022. Previously, Jinea held the role of Adolescent and Youth Coordinator at Pathfinder International from June 2021 to June 2022. With extensive experience at BBC Media Action from October 2013 to June 2021, Jinea worked in various capacities, including Project Officer, Project Coordinator for Health and Disaster & Emergency Preparedness, and Capacity Building Coordinator for Health. Key responsibilities included facilitating communication, managing teams, coordinating logistics, and supporting senior management in program strategy planning. Jinea holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Eden Mohila College and has a strong educational background in science from Begum Badrunnesa College and YWCA Girls High School.
