Dharmishtha Mistry is an experienced Human Resources professional with a proven track record in various HR roles. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at i-Pangram Digital Services LLP since February 2020, Dharmishtha is responsible for overseeing recruitment, payroll, employee engagement, performance appraisals, and leave management, among other HR functions. Prior to this, Dharmishtha held the same position at Shreekunj Impex from June 2018 to September 2019 and progressed from HR Executive to HR Manager at Shiva Industrial Security Agency (Guj) Pvt. Ltd from July 2015 to February 2018. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Human Resource Development from Veer Narmad South Gujarat University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources from VIDHYABHARTI TRUST COLLEGE OF PHARMACY.
