Dion Le Febour is an experienced recruitment consultant with a background in management and coaching within the insurance and automotive claims sectors. Currently serving as a Recruitment Consultant at IPA since August 2022, Dion previously held similar positions at Engineering Trades Australia and Unity Specialised Services, where key achievements included developing KPIs for performance management, executing coaching programs, and driving sales conversions.
