Sean O'Donnell is a seasoned professional in intellectual property law with extensive experience in the life sciences sector. Currently a Partner at IP Spring and Ballast IP Law, LLP, Sean leads the Life Sciences Practice, focusing on enhancing valuations and strategic market entry for technology companies. Prior experience includes serving as Counsel at McDermott Will & Emery, where Sean litigated significant pharmaceutical cases, and as an Associate at Paul, Weiss, Wharton, Rifkind & Garrison LLP and Finnegan, Henderson, Farabow, Garrett & Dunner, LLP, handling various aspects of patent law and litigations.
