Lyshu K has worked for seven companies since 2008. Starting with Terafast Networks Pvt Ltd, Lyshu K was employed as a SQA Engineer. In 2010, Lyshu K moved to Tech Mahindra, taking on the role of Technical Associate. At the same time, Lyshu K began working for Aricent as a Senior Engineer Testing. In 2014, Lyshu K changed roles and companies, becoming a Technical Lead at HCL Technologies. Two years later, Lyshu K returned to Aricent as a Technical Leader. In 2018, Lyshu K joined ThinkPalm Technologies Pvt. Ltd. as a Sr.Test Lead. Most recently, Lyshu K has been employed as a Senior Technical Lead at IP Infusion since 2022.

Lyshu K completed a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Electronics and Communications Engineering from the University of Calicut.
