Amber Kissman is a seasoned professional in law enforcement response, currently serving as a Law Enforcement Response Specialist at IP House since June 2024. Prior to this role, Amber held the same position at IP Services, Inc. from June 2015 to October 2024 and also worked as a Fraud Specialist during that time. Amber's early career includes experience as a Graduate Assistant at Mercyhurst University in the Campus Involvement Center from August 2013 to June 2015, and at Case Western Reserve University in the Residential Program Centers from August 2011 to January 2013. Amber graduated from Mercyhurst University in 2011.
