Pat Preston is a self-employed writer specializing in creative non-fiction and freelance writing, with additional expertise in public relations and active volunteer work since November 2010. Previously, Pat held the position of Vice President of Public Affairs at CIL, ICI, and Zeneca from 1988 to 1996, demonstrating significant experience as a public affairs executive in Canada and the U.S. Pat served as a communications adviser to a Federal Cabinet Minister from 1981 to 1984 and was a journalism instructor at SAIT and Mount Royal University from 1975 to 1980.
