Laura Bentley is a self-employed author and novelist with over three decades of writing experience. From October 2008 to December 2014, Laura served as the former book editor at WV LIVING MAGAZINE, conducting interviews with notable West Virginia authors including Cynthia Rylant and Julia Keller. Additionally, Laura held the position of Writer in Residence at the Marshall University Writing Project from 2008 to 2011. Laura earned a Master's degree in English, Speech, and Gifted Education from Marshall University.
