Erin Brocka is currently the Director of Strength and Conditioning for Women's Basketball at Iowa State University. Erin previously held positions at Purdue University as Assistant and Associate Director of Strength and Conditioning, focusing on various sports including women's volleyball and diving. Prior to that, Erin served as a Strength and Conditioning Coach at UCLA and as an Assistant Sports Performance Coach at UCSB Intercollegiate Athletics. Erin earned a Master's degree in Kinesiology, specializing in Strength and Conditioning, from the University of Northern Iowa, where they also completed an undergraduate degree in Exercise Science.
