Karen Hermann has over 30 years of experience in the field of software engineering. Karen most recently worked as a Senior Software Test Engineer at iota IT since September 2022. Prior to that, they were an Automation Test Analyst at NextPoint Group LLC from May 2017 to September 2022. Karen also has experience as a Systems Engineer at Northrop Grumman Corporation from October 2014 to May 2017, a Software Systems Engineer at Leidos from September 2013 to October 2014, a Software Systems Engineer at SAIC from February 1995 to September 2013, and a Software Engineer at SRA International from July 1989 to January 1995.

Karen Hermann attended West Virginia Wesleyan College from 1982 to 1986, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mathematics and Computer Science.
