Nell Bond is an accomplished leader in customer experience and digital marketing, currently serving as General Manager Customer, Marketing and Digital at IOR since May 2024. In this role, Nell oversees all marketing strategies and initiatives while championing customer-centric initiatives to enhance customer loyalty. Prior to IOR, Nell was the General Manager of Customer Optimisation at Comparethemarket.com.au, managing product development, app experiences, and customer engagement. Nell's extensive experience also includes significant tenures at Sportsbet, where various leadership roles focused on customer experience, loyalty programs, and affiliate marketing, as well as positions at Full Tilt Poker and Merge Gaming. Nell holds an MBA from Melbourne Business School and a degree in Business Marketing from Queensland University of Technology.
