Nico Fernández has a diverse range of work experience in the field of information technology. Nico started their career in 2013 at Comunicadona SLU, where they worked as a Responsible IT/Service Manager. Nico was responsible for resolving technical issues, managing a team, and monitoring key performance indicators. Nico also gained expertise in network installation and maintenance, telecom services, and printer repair.
In subsequent roles, Nico focused on cloud systems administration and infrastructure support. Nico worked as an IT Analyst at LOGITEK and Krell Consulting, where they provided technical support and gained experience in troubleshooting and customer service.
Nico's experience with Microsoft products expanded during their tenure at Wonderware Spain and Equivalenza, where they worked as a Systems Administrator and Cloud O365 specialist, respectively.
Nico then joined Clevertask IT Solutions as a Service Delivery Manager and Support Engineer L3. In this role, they managed and administered O365 and Azure AD, resolved incidents in various services, and documented processes.
Nico further developed their expertise in Azure and O365 as a Senior Analyst at Avanade and a Cloud Systems Administrator at Clevertask IT Solutions.
Their most recent roles have focused on identity and access management, as an IAM Engineer at HPE-Repsol and an O365 Engineer at SGS. In these positions, they worked on resource management, key vaults, access control, and documentation. Nico also contributed to various projects, such as implementing privileged identity management and enforcing multi-factor authentication.
Throughout their career, Nico has been involved in multiple projects across different organizations, demonstrating their adaptability and expertise in various IT domains.
Nico Fernández completed their education in the field of information technology. Nico first attended IES Izpisúa Belmonte from 2007 to 2009, where they obtained a degree in FP1 - Explotacion de sistemas informáticos (exploitation of computer systems). Following this, they pursued further education at the same institution, IES Izpisúa Belmonte, from 2010 to 2012 and obtained a degree in FP2 - Administración de Sistemas Informáticos en Red (network systems administration).
In addition to their formal education, Nico Fernández has obtained several certifications from Microsoft. In April 2019, they became a Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate. In June 2020, they achieved the status of Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals. Most recently, in March 2022, they obtained the Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate certification. Furthermore, they are currently working towards becoming a Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert and is expected to complete the certification in December 2022.
