Katarzyna Rybak is an experienced Customer Communication Manager at 1&1 IONOS since September 2012, specializing in project management within hosting mailings and optimization of customer communication processes. Responsibilities include ensuring smooth internal and external communication, managing process emails, and leading editorial teams. Previously, Katarzyna served as an Online Help Manager/Editor, focusing on the development and maintenance of online help systems and conducting workshops. Before joining 1&1 IONOS, Katarzyna taught German at the Europäische Schule in Łódź and worked as an IT agent providing technical support at Fujitsu Services GmbH. Katarzyna holds a Master's degree in German Studies and Literature from the University of Lodz and has additional education experience at Otto-von-Guericke University Magdeburg.
