Audrey Pang has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Audrey started their career in 2008 as an Amateur MMA Fighter for Team Colon. In 2009, they worked as a Business Development Fellow in Public Interest at ShoreBank / Princeton Alumni Corps. Audrey then joined Bain & Company in 2011 as a Summer Associate and later became a Consultant and a Case Team Leader until 2015. From 2015 to 2017, Audrey held roles as the Senior Director of Operations and later as the Senior Director of Business and Revenue Operations at Basis Technologies.

In 2017, Audrey joined Vista Consulting Group as an Associate Director of Value Creation and later became a Value Creation Director, a position they held until 2020. Audrey then took a sabbatical in 2020 before joining Ionic Partners in 2021 as an Operating Principal and SVP of Operations. Audrey also held interim roles as the Head of Operations at Gigster and Sparkrock under the transformation led by Ionic Partners.

Audrey Pang completed their undergraduate studies from 2001 to 2005 at Princeton University, earning an AB degree in Economics, Finance, and French. In 2003, they spent some time studying French Studies at Columbia University in Paris. Later, from 2010 to 2012, Audrey pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the University of Chicago, focusing on Strategic Management, Economics, and Entrepreneurship.
