Santhosh Baliga currently serves as the Head of Electronics at Maxwell Energy Systems, focusing on hardware design and development of battery management systems while also providing technical consultation on power design. Previously, Santhosh held roles at Analog Devices, including Staff Engineer for power product applications, and Senior Member of Technical Staff, where responsibilities included application validation of ultra-low IQ DC-DC converters and developing customer-facing technical materials. Santhosh's experience extends to Maxim Integrated, where a merger with Analog Devices occurred, and to L&T Technology Services as a Project Leader for LED driver design. Prior roles include significant contributions at Lutron Electronics in both project leadership and hardware engineering capacities, as well as foundational work at Larsen & Toubro Limited and research associate work in analog electronics at Mangalore Institute of Technology & Engineering. Santhosh holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University.
