Pierre Mottet has extensive leadership experience in various organizations, currently serving as Chairman of the Board at IBA and TELEMIS, as well as Chairman at XYLERGY and Président of the Union Wallonne des Entreprises. Mottet has co-founded the initiative 2030 and founded the Foundation for Future Generations, focusing on sustainable entrepreneurship. With a background in business and engineering, Mottet held significant roles at invest.bw, including being a former Administrateur délégué, and contributed to Agoria for nearly two decades in multiple capacities. Mottet holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Commercial Engineering from the Université catholique de Louvain.
