Kelly Holt, CPHR has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Kelly most recently served as the Human Resources Director at IoM Media Ventures Inc. since January 2019. Prior to that, they worked at DHX Media as a Human Resources Business Partner and Talent Manager from November 2017 to December 2018. Before joining DHX Media, Kelly held roles at ENERCON, where they worked as a Human Resources Business Partner from January 2017 to November 2017 and as a Human Resources Coordinator from July 2010 to December 2016. Kelly also gained experience as the External Project Manager of Promotions at UNB Marketing Student Association from September 2008 to April 2009.

Kelly Holt, CPHR, obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources from the University of New Brunswick, completing the program from 2005 to 2009. In 2014, Kelly obtained the Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) certification from the Human Resources Association of Nova Scotia.
