Susan Sharp Ferguson is an accomplished professional in the field of business intelligence with extensive experience across various roles. Currently, Susan serves as the Managed Service Line Lead and Principal Consultant at iOLAP since April 2018, after holding multiple positions within the same organization from May 2007 to November 2012, including Senior Consultant and Business Intelligence Consultant. Additionally, Susan has been an Independent Business Intelligence Contractor at MRS Consulting Services since September 2013 and previously worked as a Business Intelligence Manager and MicroStrategy Architect & Administrator at Tuesday Morning from November 2012 to September 2013. Susan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Decision Sciences from the University of North Texas.
