Wade Sanders has a diverse work experience in various industries, including technology, pool industry, healthcare, financial services, and consulting. Wade started their career at Q-UP Systems, where they worked as a Director of Sales and gained experience in the technology and financial services sectors. Wade then joined S1 as the Vice President of Sales for Community and Regional Banks, where they had their first experience in a public company. After that, they worked at Sheshunoff Management Services as the VP of Sales & Marketing, where they expanded their expertise to include software and consulting services in the banking industry.
Wade Sanders then transitioned to the healthcare sector, first joining Crimson Software as the VP of Sales and successfully leading the company to significant revenue growth. Wade continued in this industry at The Advisory Board Company, where they became the VP of Sales for the Crimson Division. Wade played a pivotal role in the acquisition of Crimson by The Advisory Board, becoming part of a larger public company.
After their tenure at The Advisory Board, Wade Sanders moved to Texas Pools and Patios as the Interim VP of Sales, where they applied their software experience to building out the sales team and infrastructure in the pool industry. Currently, they work at Iodine Software as the VP of Account Management, Services, and Sales, helping hospitals solve complex problems with innovative solutions.

Wade Sanders completed their Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Texas Lutheran University from 1986 to 1989. Wade then pursued a Masters of Business Administration in Business at Texas State University from 1989 to 1991.
