Rodolfo Martorell has worked in various roles in the software engineering field since 2001. Rodolfo began their career at Microsoft as a Support Engineer in 2001 and then moved to Volt/Microsoft (Sparkle Team) and Volt at Microsoft (MONAD) as an SDET 2 in 2005. In 2006, they joined Isilon Systems, where they worked as an SDET 2 and QA Engineer. In 2013, they were promoted to Senior Software Engineer at Isilon Systems (EMC). In 2019, they joined ioCurrents as a Software Engineer.

Rodolfo Martorell received a Bachelor in Electronic Engineering from Eastern University - Santiago de Cuba between 1987 and 1992.
