Mark Roszak is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as General Counsel at io.net since February 2024. As the Founder and Attorney at 1121 Law PLLC since January 2020, Mark has advised multiple organizations including Syndicate Protocol, Goldfinch, Jet Protocol, Tokr Labs, Ensuro, and MAJR. Between 2018 and 2020, Mark held the position of Regulatory and Compliance Counsel for Fintech & Blockchain at Atrium, and previously worked as an Associate at K&L Gates from 2015 to 2017. Mark holds a Master of Laws in Securities and Financial Regulation from Georgetown University Law Center and a Juris Doctor from Loyola University Chicago School of Law, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Michigan State University.
