Sharon Lyons is an experienced Learning Solutions Consultant and Logistics Application Trainer at INX Software since April 2021. Previously, Sharon held the position of Corporate Trainer WA at Flight Centre Travel Group from January 2014 to April 2021, where responsibilities included coaching, mentoring, and training staff, as well as designing and implementing training programs for new technologies and processes. Prior experience includes roles as Assistant Team Leader and Travel Manager at FCm Travel Solutions Australia, and Assistant Manager and International Travel Consultant at STA Travel. Sharon possesses educational qualifications including a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, a Certificate IV in Tourism and Travel Services, and a Diploma in Hospitality Management.
