Chris Pennington is an experienced executive in customer success and professional services, currently serving as Chief Customer Officer at INX K2fly since January 2025. Prior to this, Chris held a similar role at SugarCRM from June 2019 to December 2024, where leadership focused on enhancing customer satisfaction and retention through innovative strategies. With a solid background as General Manager and VP at Professional Advantage from 2008 to May 2019, Chris oversaw IT business solutions including ERP and CRM while fostering consistent operational excellence. Earlier roles included Senior Director at Epicor Software Corp and General Manager at Intelligent Building Solutions, among others. Chris began a career in IT with a Bachelor's Degree (Honors) in Mathematics from De Montfort University, gained foundational experience as an Information Technology Support Technician.
