Thaís Freitas has a diverse and extensive work experience in marketing and brand management. Thaís is currently serving as the Head of Marketing and Brand Design - LATAM at Involves since May 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Sr. Growth Marketing Manager at Linx from June 2020 to May 2022, where they led marketing strategies, optimized the marketing funnel, and managed user acquisition campaigns. Thaís also held the position of Marketing Manager at VTEX from June 2018 to May 2020, where they developed and implemented multi-channel marketing campaigns and played a key role in the organization of VTEX DAY 2019. Before that, they worked as an Account Manager at Rakuten Marketing from March 2017 to May 2018, where they managed display and affiliate campaigns for clients. Thaís also has experience as a Sr. Programmatic Account Manager at Webtech Media from October 2015 to March 2017. Earlier in their career, they worked at Populis as a Strategic Partnerships Development Manager and later as a Partnerships Development Coordinator, where they played a pivotal role in the acquisition, development, and management of the Populis Publisher Network. Thaís began their career as a Sr. Marketing Analyst at Grupo Bolsa de Mulher from April 2010 to November 2012. Overall, Thaís Freitas has demonstrated strong expertise in marketing strategy, brand management, customer acquisition, and campaign management throughout their career.

Thaís Freitas completed their education with a Bachelor's degree in Advertising and Marketing from Faculdade FACHA in the years 2005 to 2009. Thaís then pursued an Associate's degree in Digital Communication and Media/Multimedia at Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro from 2009 to 2010. Later, in 2012 to 2013, Thaís obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro. Finally, they are currently enrolled in a Master of Business Administration (MBA) program in Business and People Management at USP - Universidade de São Paulo from 2021 to 2023.
