Kayden Casale is a seasoned Senior Technical Recruiter with extensive experience in engineering and technical hiring across multiple organizations. Currently at InvoiceCloud, Inc. since March 2022, Kayden supports various requisitions including those for DonorDrive and IVR Tech. Previously, Kayden held a similar role at EngageSmart until its brand discontinuation in April 2024, and has worked at athenahealth focusing on software engineering and data science recruitment. Earlier experience includes a recruiter position at InterSystems and a lead recruiter role at Sevenstep, where Kayden managed high-volume recruiting for Toshiba America Business Solutions. Kayden began the career as an outbound marketer at Power Home Remodeling and served as a Graduate Assistant at Roger Williams University while completing a Master’s degree. Kayden holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master of Science in Higher Education Administration.
