Ornella Schwarz currently serves as Responsable RH at INVIVOO since September 2023. Previously, from January 2023 to August 2023, Ornella worked as a Collaboratrice Parlementaire at the European Parliament, focusing on the LIBE and DPAP Commissions, public relations development, social media management, speech writing, and press relations. From February 2018 to April 2022, Ornella held the position of Responsable RH at Nexialog Consulting, overseeing recruitment, employer branding, corporate social responsibility audits, career management, and internal company life. Earlier roles include Chargée de recrutement at KARA, and various legal internships. Ornella holds two Master's degrees, one from ICN Business School in Human Resources and another in Business Law from the Faculté de Droit, Sciences économiques et Gestion de Nancy.
