Dzemila Bektovic has a work experience that spans multiple companies and roles. Dzemila began their career at Microsoft in January 2016 as a Coordinator for events, facilities, and finance, and held this position until July 2017. In 2017, they joined Inviso Corp. as a Business Administrator and later took on the role of Project Coordinator in March 2018. Since October 2019, Dzemila has been working at Microsoft as an Executive Business Administrator.

Dzemila Bektovic's education history begins with their enrollment at Teacher School in Sarajevo from 1997 to 2001, during which they obtained a Teacher High school diploma in Elementary Education and Teaching. Dzemila then pursued their bachelor's degree in Geography Teacher Education at the University of Sarajevo from 2001 to 2007. Following that, they furthered their education at Bellevue College Continuing Education from 2011 to 2013 and received a Certificate of Accomplishment in Early Childhood Education and Teaching.
