Paul Jerajian has a diverse work experience across various industries. Paul is currently the Director of Analytics Engineering and Partner at Invisible Technologies Inc. Paul previously worked at TriNet as the Director of Strategic Analytics. Before that, they held multiple roles at MindGeek, including Business Analytics & Insights Manager, Lead BI Analyst, Sr. Data Analyst, and Data Analyst. Paul also worked as a Biostatistics Consultant at JSS Medical Research and as an Intern at Acasti Pharma, Inc. Paul also served as the President of the Mathematics and Statistics Student Association.

Paul Jerajian obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Actuarial Science from Concordia University between 2010 and 2014. Before that, they earned a Diplome D'Etudes Collegiales in Pure & Applied Science from Marianopolis College between 2008 and 2010. In addition to their formal education, Paul has also obtained several certifications, including People Operations Certified from Zenefits in 2022, Leading at a Distance from LinkedIn in 2020, Learning GDPR from LinkedIn in 2018, and Duolingo German Fluency: Beginner (Estimated) from Duolingo in 2016. Paul also passed two exams, SOA Exam FM - Financial Mathematics and SOA Exam P - Probability, administered by the Society of Actuaries in 2011.
