Monisha Lewis currently serves as the Managing Director at Invisible Hand since March 2023, following a tenure in consumer marketing at DoorDash from January 2021 to March 2023. Prior to these roles, Monisha held significant positions at BBDO San Francisco as VP and Head of Comms Planning, where responsibilities included internal strategizing for agency positioning and future success, and at BBDO Worldwide as Communications Planning Director focusing on integrated creative strategy for notable brands. Additional experience includes a role as Senior Digital Strategist at Grey Group, Brand Strategist at Translation LLC, and various strategic planning roles at The Martin Agency. Monisha co-founded ADvocate within the American Association of Advertising Agencies and led the terpAMA organization at the University of Maryland, implementing key rebranding initiatives. Monisha holds a B.S. in Marketing and Spanish from the University of Maryland.
