Matt Adams has extensive experience in leadership positions within the medical device and biotechnology industries. Currently serving as President at Invio Automation since August 2023, Matt previously held the role of Vice President and General Manager at Minnetronix, Inc., overseeing the launch of products in the hemorrhagic stroke market through its subsidiary, Cerevention. Prior to that, Matt was Vice President of Technical Operations and Business Development at Rebiotix, focusing on R&D and commercialization of therapies utilizing the human microbiome. Additional leadership experience includes serving as President of Frost River Associates, LLC, and various roles at American Medical Systems and Medtronic, where responsibilities included General Management, Marketing, R&D, and cross-functional leadership in advanced therapy development. Matt holds an MS in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Minnesota and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Alaska Fairbanks.
