Sameer Kumar Misra, CISA, CDPSE, is a seasoned professional in risk and compliance within the IT sector, currently serving as Senior Manager at Invictus Accounting Group LLP since May 2023. Misra's previous experience includes roles at Deloitte as an Advisory Manager and Advisory Senior Consultant, where responsibilities encompassed leading audits and managing SOC reports for significant broker/dealer clients. Prior engagements involved consulting at SDLC Partners, where Misra contributed to IT Service Management transformation for HM Health Solutions, and Accenture, where major achievements included implementing efficiency-boosting systems and performing internal IT audits. Misra co-founded the UB ISACA Student Group during tenure at the University at Buffalo, promoting IT Audit and Assurance education, and conducted significant research on cybersecurity threats.
