Kathleen Rzepka is an experienced retail manager currently serving as Regional Manager for North Florida and Georgia at Invicta Stores since May 2018, having held various managerial roles including Area Manager, General Manager, and Store Manager. Prior experience includes a position as National Recruiting Consultant at HCS Healthcare from October 2017 to March 2018, and multiple Store Manager roles at Vince Camuto, Havaianas, and The Buckle. Kathleen started in retail with JCPenney, progressing from Sales Manager Intern to Sales Manager.
