Naveen Kiran C has four years of work experience. In 2020, they began working as a Digital Delivery Consultant for Invicara. From 2016 to 2020, they were a Lead at Tesco Bengaluru. From 2015 to 2016, they were a BIM Project Architect for Studio Parametric Architects. From 2011 to 2015, they were an Assistant Architect for STUP Consultants P. Ltd.

Naveen Kiran C completed a Master's degree in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee in 2012. Prior to that, they had obtained a Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) from the National Institute of Technology Calicut in 2009. In May 2022, they obtained an Information Management Practitioner certification from Operam Academy.
