Lucas Debia currently serves as the FP&A and Commercial Finance Director at InvGate since September 2024. Prior to this role, Lucas was the Head of Accounting at Tiendamia from June 2022 to October 2024. A significant portion of Lucas's career was spent at EY from September 2008 to February 2023, where positions included Audit Senior Manager, Audit Manager, Audit Senior, and Assistant Auditor. Additionally, Lucas contributed to academia as an Assistant Professor in Auditing at the Universidad de Buenos Aires from March 2012 to February 2023, focusing on class preparation and coordination of course materials. Earlier experience includes a role as an Accounting Assistant at the Ministerio de Educación de la Nación from February 2006 to August 2008. Educationally, Lucas holds an MBA from Universidad de 'San Andrés'​ (2020-2021) and a degree in Contador Público from the University of Buenos Aires (2005-2010).
