Monique Ashpole, CHRL, RPR, is a seasoned Talent Acquisition professional with extensive experience in the recruitment sector. Currently serving as the Manager of Talent Acquisition at the Investment Management Corporation of Ontario (IMCO) since April 2022, Monique leads the centralization of the recruitment function and develops sustainable talent acquisition frameworks. Previous roles include Talent Acquisition Manager at Mattamy Homes and Live Nation Canada, where Monique provided comprehensive recruiting support and established strategic partnerships for diverse hiring initiatives. Monique also gained valuable experience as Talent Acquisition Lead at BentallGreenOak, Recruitment Consultant at Hydro One, and Talent Acquisition Specialist at GWL Realty Advisors, further honing expertise in inclusive hiring practices and recruitment best practices. Monique holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Brock University and a Post-Graduate certificate in Human Resources Management from Niagara College.
