Joshua Yan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business analysis and system implementation within the technology sector. Currently serving as a Senior Business System Analyst at the Investment Management Corporation of Ontario (IMCO) since April 2022, Joshua specializes in M365, Power Platform, and D365. Previously, at Ceridian, Joshua held the role of Senior Business Analyst, managing D365 Customer Engagement and Salesforce Service Cloud solutions while leading reporting efforts for Customer Service CRM.
