Shruti Shastry is a Principal in Investor Relations and Co-invest Syndication at Investindustrial, where responsibilities include investor coverage for Europe and the Middle East since February 2019. Prior experience includes roles in Capital Partnering at General Atlantic from 2017 to 2019, and LP Services at Advent International from 2014 to 2017. Earlier in the career, Shruti worked in Investment Banking at Morgan Stanley from June 2010 to 2014, specializing in UK M&A and Equity Capital Markets. Shruti holds an M.A. Oxon in Economics and Management from the University of Oxford.
