Michael Guan is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in private equity and investment banking. Currently serving as Chairman of Asia at Investindustrial since March 2020, Michael previously held the position of Chairman, M&A North Asia at Deutsche Bank from July 2017 to March 2020. Prior to this, Michael was a Managing Director at Edmond de Rothschild from September 2014 to March 2017 and served as Director at Rothschild from April 2005 to August 2014. Michael holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford, completed in 2001.
