Neroshen Padayachee currently serves as a Senior Acquisition Manager at Investicore, a role held since June 2017, where responsibilities include leading the Acquisitions & Sales branch focused on diverse real estate markets, executing asset procurement plans, and collaborating with the Executive Team on investment strategies. Prior experience includes positions as a Professional Buyer & Inventory Controller at Massmart, where logistics and bulk sales strategies were managed, and as an Insurance Broker at Liberty Group South Africa, focusing on client acquisition and retirement benefits. Neroshen holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Information Technology and Supply Chain Management from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, along with a Certification of Competence in Property Investment & Practice from the University of the Witwatersrand.
