Nicole Shields is a finance professional with extensive experience in product management and client experience. Currently serving as the Head of Product and Pricing at Investec, Nicole has previously held roles including Client Experience Manager at Investec Cash Investments and Product Manager for Savings and Investments at Absa Bank Limited. Earlier career positions include Product Specialist, Team Leader, and Relationship Manager at Investec Private Bank, as well as Business Development Executive at Merchant West Asset Finance (Pty) Ltd. Nicole holds a degree from the University of Johannesburg, completed between 2001 and 2004.
