Bjorn Blanchard is an experienced professional in learning and development with a career spanning several prominent organizations. Currently serving as Head of Learning and Development at Investec Wealth & Investment UK since April 2017, Bjorn leads a team focused on leadership, organizational learning, and professional development. Prior to this role, Bjorn was the Director at b:squared training ltd, specializing in bespoke training solutions for corporate and third sector clients. Bjorn's extensive experience at Credit Suisse (UK) Limited includes positions such as Head of Learning, Development & Competence and Head of Leadership Institute, EMEA, where significant leadership programs were delivered. Earlier roles at Abbey National (Santander) involved managing learning and development as well as branch operations.
