Rebecca Kirby (Warner) is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in both the private and public sectors. Currently serving as the President and General Manager of Europe at InvestCloud, Inc. since March 2021, Rebecca leads efforts in providing innovative financial digital solutions across Europe. In addition, Rebecca holds the position of Chair of the Finance and Risk Committee at WeProtect Global Alliance, which addresses online child exploitation. Prior roles include Director and Deputy Director positions within the UK government, focused on EU exit negotiations, and serving as Head of Complex Agreements for High Speed Two (HS2) Ltd, overseeing significant infrastructure legislation. Beginning a career in the UK Civil Service after completing a Ph.D. and a Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical Sciences at The University of Sheffield, Rebecca has significant expertise in policy, negotiation, and commercial strategies.
