Pradeep Srinivas is a seasoned professional in the private equity and venture capital sectors, currently serving as Director of Private Equity at INVESTCORP since January 2020. Prior to this role, Pradeep was Head of Venture Capital at Infina Finance Private Limited / Kotak Family Office, where responsibilities included developing a platform for high-growth new-economy businesses. With extensive experience at Gaja Capital as Senior Principal focusing on technology, financial services, and consumer verticals, and at New Enterprise Associates as Assistant Vice President, Pradeep has built a strong foundation in investment strategies. Earlier career roles at Astarc (Investments), Ernst & Young, Microsoft Corporation, and Infosys Technologies Ltd showcased expertise in investment banking, software engineering, and management. Pradeep holds an MBA from the Indian School of Business with a focus on Finance and Marketing, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from the University of Madras.
